Departments shall send their print out online/ PDF applications in the prescribed form duly filled in by them along with the required documents and fee (complete in all respects) to the HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT concerned by Registered Post/Speed Post. The application forms will not be accepted in person, either in the P.G. Central Office or by the Head of the Departments.
