Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to the following programmes ar BIT, Mesra Campus
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm)
- Bachelor of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (BHMCT)
- B.Sc. Food Processing Technology (FPT)
Eligibility:
o Candidates must have passes class 12/ I.Sc. or equivalent qualifying examination (QE). They must have passes in English, Physics and Math/ Biology/ Biotech in class 12/ QE with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST), computed as average of 4 subjects- English, Physics, Chemistry and Math/Biology/ Biotech.
Bachelor of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (BHMCT)
o candidates must have passed in all subjects in which they have appeared in class 12/ QE (excluding optional subjects) with minimum 50% marks in average (45% for SC/ST) computed as average of best 4 subjects including English.
B.Sc. Food Processing Technology (FPT)
o Pass in class 12/QE with minimum 50% (45% for SC/St) in aggregate in best 4 subjects, including English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology.
Selection process: Will be based on marks obtained in class 12/QE and counseling for eligible candidates to be held at Mesra.

· Last date for receipt of completed forms for all programmes at Mesra: 18 June 2011
· Tentative dates for notification of schedule for counselling: 2 July 2011
· Tentative dates for Counselling: 9-14 July 2011
