Eligibility: For Ph.D. Programmes: Master’s degree of this University or any other qualification recognized as equivalent there to in the field of study. OR
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology of this University or any other qualification recognized as equivalent thereto in the field of study with a minimum of 10 years of R&D experience in National Research laboratories / Public sector undertakings and with a minimum of three publications in refereed journals / two patents.
For M.S (By Research) programme:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology / M.Sc in science of this University or any other University recognized as equivalent thereto in the field of study.
First class or a minimum of 60 percent marks / CGPA of 6.5 on a 10 point scale in the qualifying examination (55 percent mark or CGPA of 6.0 on a 10 point scale in the case of SC / ST candidate). For M.A (English) Degree holder including SC/ST applicants a minimum of 55 percent marks or CGPA of 6.0 on 10 point scale is necessary.
